If you’re out at the beach exploring the Tutukaka Coast, drop in to Tutukaka Wild Adventure Company — formerly Bluewater Farmpark. Here you can meet exotic birds, alpacas, llamas, miniature horses and other cute farm animals. The park also has amazing views of the Tutukaka Coast from the onsite cafe!
A little closer to the town centre is Serendipity Farm Park, where your children can hand feed over 20 different animals. If you're visiting Whangarei with children, our Family Rooms are a great base.
